Here’s everything you need to do to be ready for fall.

金融援助

We work hard to make a GMercyU education affordable — and make the process as smooth as possible. Check out the next steps below, as well as who to contact should you have any questions.

If you haven’t already applied for financial aid, you should do so immediately. The first step is to complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal 学生 援助). The FAFSA will help our financial aid office determine if you’re eligible for federal or state financial aid.*

GMercyU's school code for the FAFSA is: 003270

需要帮助 or have questions? 联络我们: financialaid@philboardport.com or 215-646-7300 ext. 21216. You can also learn about the financial aid process here.

*Not planning to submit a FAFSA? 请让我们知道!

Find updates on the 2024-2025 FAFSA here.

When your aid offer is ready, you'll be notified by 电子邮件. Please be sure to review and accept your financial aid offer via the 学生 Self-服务 Portal. 登录 the portal with the username and password provided to you via 电子邮件 and then click on “金融援助” to access your aid, 形式, and other important information.

If you have submitted a completed FAFSA and don’t get an aid offer letter in the next two weeks, or if you have any other questions, 联络我们: financialaid@philboardport.com or 215-646-7300 ext. 21216. We can also help you review your financial aid offer.

Paying Your 学费

We share several options in the tab below.

There are several ways to pay your tuition bill:

  1. Submit your full balance due using our online payment portal, which is accessible via the Self-服务 portal.

  2. Apply for a Parent Plus or Private loan to cover an outstanding balance once all other financial aid has been applied to your account. If you have questions about loans, please contact financialaid@philboardport.com

  3. Pay your semester charges monthly by setting up a payment plan through our online payment portal called TouchNet. The payment plan allows you to break your balance into three, 四个, or five equal payments, depending on when you enroll. The earlier you enroll in a payment plan, the more payments you'll have (many people prefer five smaller payments instead of three or 四个 larger payments). See more details and instructions here. Please note: students can't enroll into a payment plan until they have a bill, and a bill won’t generate until they are registered for classes.

If you have questions about payment plans, please contact the Bursar’s Office at 215-646-7300 ext., 21278 or studentbilling@philboardport.com.
